Terms and Conditions for the Southern California area. The area is in a limited area from The Northwest is San Fernando Valley, East to Adelanto Southeast to Yucca Valley, South to Indio, Southwest to Lake Henshaw. South down to Alpine, and Southwest to San Diego. This offer is for the purchase of a fountain, delivered and installed to your home or office. If you decide to add some planters or statuary to your order please contact us directly for a multiple item discounts so that we could add those items to your fountain delivery. There are some guidelines on the delivery and install offer.

• Cleared pathway going to the area where the fountain will be set.
• Electrical to be in place before the fountain is installed.
• Cement slab if required. (contact us at info@fountainstoyou.com for further info on this matter)
• Area where fountain is going to be cleared of debris, level, up to grade with fill dirt, and fill to be compacted within reason.
• Their may be additional charges if installers have steps, hills, narrow pathways, or any obstacles to work around. If you are aware of any of the above let us know so we can be prepared with the proper equipment and men.
• If the installers need to come back because these requirements have not been met there may be an additional charge to come back out.

• Delivery and install personnel are independent contractors Fountainstoyou.com is not liable or responsible for any damage that may occur during the delivery and install process. If you are not satisfied with the work that was performed please let us know so that we can get it corrected.

Fountainstoyou.com reserves the right to refuse services to anyone that doesn't meet the guideline listed in this offer. Fountainstoyou.com has the sole discretion on making the final decision to withhold this offer.
